Emma Alkirwi
The CV Guru Founder
After more than fifteen years in recruitment and the welfare-to-work industry in the UK, Emma became disheartened to witness capable people fail to secure interviews for roles she knew they would be well-suited for.
Recognising that the issue was to do with the composition of their resume, Emma sought to help struggling job seekers by leveraging her experience to create an expert resume writing service, founding The CV Guru in 2016.
Having worked with jobseekers around the world, we have launched The CV Guru Australia to help those looking to progress in their careers in across a broad range of different markets with excellent resumes.
Being objective, Emma can create resumes, covering letters and personal statements for job seekers that are designed to impress their dream employer.
Understanding that technology plays an increasingly important and evolving role in shortlisting candidates, Emma ensures all resumes are ATS compliant and provides LinkedIn updates to complement her comprehensive resume writing services.
